1939年，福建省贸易公司和中国茶叶公司福建办事处联合投资在崇安创办“福建示范茶厂”，陈椽教授来到政和担任政和分厂厂长兼技师，开创了政和茶叶科学生产的新纪元。

直至1979年，茶学专家陈椽在《茶业通报》中发表《茶叶分类的理论和实际》，正式提出系统的六大基本类体系，分别是绿茶、白茶、黄茶、青茶、红茶、黑茶。之后又在1984年出版的《茶业通史》对其进行了详细解读。“白茶”之名因此由古时狭义的“形名”直称上升到广义的“类名”归属，从绿茶类属中脱颖而出。1979年实为白茶纪年，隆合茶业特此纪念。

包装整体以档案袋的形式，展现70年代末的情怀，赋予对白茶积极探索与研究的专业感官。辅以大字报、美术字形式的字体设计，突出年代氛围感。做旧的邮票体现传承与历史沉淀，象征白茶越陈越香的收藏价值。加之邮戳作为印记，代表隆合茶业为白茶历史上的重要记录者。色彩上，牛皮色的档案袋，搭配和谐的邮票颜色与红黑金的烫金工艺点缀，创新不失沉稳。

In 1939, the Fujian Provincial Trading Company and the China Tea Company Fujian Office jointly invested in the establishment of the "Fujian Demonstration Tea Factory" in Chong'an. Professor Chen Chuan  came to Zhenghe as the director and technician of the Zhenghe branch plant, creating a new era of Zhenghe tea scientific production.

Until 1979, the tea expert Chen Chuan published "Theory and Practice of Tea Classification" in the "Tea Industry Bulletin", and formally proposed six basic system systems, namely green tea, white tea, yellow tea, green tea, black tea, Black tea. It was then explained in detail in the "General History of Tea Industry" published in 1984. The name of "white tea" has therefore risen from the narrow name "form name" in ancient times to the generalized "category name", which stands out from the genus of green tea. In 1979, it was the year of white tea, and Longhe Tea was hereby commemorated.

The whole package is in the form of a file bag, showing the feelings of the late 1970s, giving a professional sense of active exploration and research on white tea. It is supplemented by font design in the form of large-character newspapers and fine arts to highlight the atmosphere of the era. The worn-out stamps reflect the heritage and historical precipitation, and symbolize the collection value of the more mature and more fragrant white tea. With the postmark as a mark, it represents Longhe tea industry as an important record in the history of white tea. In color, the leather-colored file bag, with the harmonious stamp color and the red and black gold bronzing process embellishment, innovation is stable.
