武夷山正岩茶—水仙 肉桂 大红袍。日月长，天地阔万物有因，千里快哉意马收，心猿锁倚杖门外，临风听蝉静品茶，闲吟和物我两忘，枕山而梦。

“枕”意有安稳之意，有物可依，有物可靠，“枕山”茶依靠着山，茶客依靠着茶叶茶在山中有一方自己的土地，茶客在茶中有一方自己的天地，“意”中国特有的文体，历史长期积淀的产物，一种独特文化现象。
